2 - 14.5-ouncecans diced tomatoes with basil and oregano

½cupheavy cream
½cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1cupgrated mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Saute oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes (do not brown garlic). Add canned tomatoes, water, ziti, and salt. Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring often (about every two minutes to keep the pasta from sticking to the bottom of the pan). Cook until ziti is almost tender about 15-18 minutes. Stir in cream, Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
