Ingredients
2lbsboneless skinless chicken breasts
1bottle buffalo wing sauce
lettuce leaves
buns
ranch dressing or blue cheese salad dressing
Instructions
Using the Instant Pot, add chicken and hot sauce to the inner pot. Make sure to get some sauce under the chicken. Close lid, seal pressure valve, and set on high pressure for 10 minutes. When time is up, naturally release pressure for 10 minutes. This will allow for more tender chicken however if in a hurry manually release it by flipping the valve.
Remove the lid, use an electric handheld mixer shred the chicken in the Instant Pot.
For serving
Place 1/4 to 1/3 cup of chicken into each bun or lettuce leaf, top with lettuce or sliced cabbage. Add ranch or blue cheese over the top.
