Lemon Bundt Cake

  • Lemon Cake Mix
  • 1 Small Pkg Lemon Jello
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup water


  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice


  • Mix all ingredients well. Place batter in a 6 cup bundt pan or a 9"X13" pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Make the simple glaze by combining the 2 cups of powdered sugar and  1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 1 to 1 1/2 lemons).
  • Pour lemon glaze over the baked cake while it is still hot.
