- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup mustard
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup water place inside the instant pot
Add chicken breasts, mustard, and honey to your Instant Pot, along with 1/2 cup of water
Cook for 10 minutes on high pressure, or 20 minutes for frozen. If you have time allow 10 minutes for natural release. This will make meat more tender
Remove chicken from sauce, cut in cubes if desired. Add cubed chicken back to the sauce and serve over rice or noodles.
DUMP MEAL INSTRUCTIONS
When making this as a dump meal, cut chicken into 1 1/2 inch - 2-inch cubes before freezing. Place all ingredients except water inside a 1-gallon zip lock bag. When ready to cook place 1/2 cup water inside the Instant Pot then the frozen chicken, mustard, and honey mixture. Cook at high pressure for 20 minutes. If you have time a 10-minute natural release will give a more tender meat. It is still delicious if you have to do a quick release.
