Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter I used Jiff Creamy No-Stir Natural

Instructions

  • In mixing bowl lightly beat egg. Stir in sugar and peanut butter. Drop by tablespoon onto parchment lined cookie sheet.  Make criss cross with fork on the top of each cookie.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
