- 1 yellow cake mix without pudding
- 1 3.4 ounce box of instant banana pudding
- 1 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 ripe bananas mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
In a mixing bowl beat eggs with a mixer until pale and thick. Add in cake mix, pudding, oil and water and mix well. Fold in mashed bananas. Pour batter into two medium sized loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 60 mins or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
