Brown the sausage or ground beef in a large skillet. When fully cooked, drain the greaseand add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
Add the jar of spaghetti sauce and heat on medium heat.
Spaghetti:
Boil the spaghetti noodles according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
Alfredo Sauce:
In a large skillet or pan, heat butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1to 2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream.
Let heavy cream reduce and cook for a couple of minutes. Add 1 cup of the parmesancheese to the mixture and whisk until smooth and the cheese is melted. Add salt andpepper.
Assembly:
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
Add strained noodles to the dish.
Top with the alfredo sauce, making sure all noodles are coated.
Next evenly spread red meat sauce over the top of the noodles.
Top the whole dish with Mozzarella and the remaining parmesan cheese.
Bake the Spaghetti Alfredo at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the dish is bubbly.
