Emily this is awesome! I have a friend who had twins and went through a lot of this. Her twins are now 7 and were born at 32 weeks, hang in there. It is worth it!
have wanted to make these for a long time, and never had any time….until now! was put on bedrest, in the hospital 17 days ago, with constant monitoring of my twins. i am here for the long haul (due march 17), so i thought i’d learn how to do something other than very large granny squares. needed something to focus on while trying to get these babes to 28 wks gestation. made a TON of these hearts in red & variegated red/green/white into ornaments to give to my family, friends, and all the awesome hospital staff taking care of me. i made a garland out of dark blue, light blue and white for my doc, who is jewish and will be working both dec 24 & 25. my 4 yr old requested rainbow hearts at dinner tonight, and i got that finished as well. now, onto those shamrocks you had posted awhile back! they are easy projects, that give me a sense of completion as they are so quick to make, and have brought a smile to everyone i’ve given one to so far. thank you for all the awesome ideas!
These are all so cute…. thank you for sharing the links!
