These Paleo Banana Muffins are grain, dairy and sugar free! They are not sweet. Don’t make the mistake and think you are making sugar laden banana muffins. While they are not really sweet they are really nourishing and delicious! My family also likes to eat Paleo egg muffins for breakfast.
Paleo Banana Nut Muffins
4 very ripe bananas
1/3 cup smooth almond butter
1 1/2 cups almond flour/meal
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
Mix together bananas, almond butter and eggs. In another bowl, mix together almond flour ,baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Gently add flour mixture to the banana mixture. Stir until mixed.
Line muffin pan with baking cups. Divide batter between 12 baking cups.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
