- 2/3 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Andes Peppermint Crunch Baking Chips (or chopped Andes mints)
- 2 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1 Pinch Salt
Layer 1 1/4 Cup Flour, 1 cup sugar, 2/3 cup cocoa powder, 1 cup Andes Peppermint Crunch baking chips (or chopped Andes mints), 1 1/4 cup flour (carefully add this layer as some of it will sink into the mints), a pinch of salt.
Download and print the labels on a sheet of label/sticker paper. At my local Office Max or Kinko’s they call this 1-up sticker/label paper. It is one solid sheet. This makes it really easy to put things together.
Just place the circle with the recipe right on top.
