I love coffee! If I am going to have a fancy coffee drink I am easily satisfied with black coffee spiked with homemade  Irish Cream Liqueur, making a simple and delicious Irish coffee.

In honor of St. Patrick’s Day here is a traditional Irish Coffee recipe.  The great thing about this recipe is that you do not have to wait until St. Patrick’s Day to make it, you can enjoy it as an after-dinner drink or when you want a warm soothing drink.
