Hello Skip To My Lou-ers! I am Mandi from Vintage Revivals, I am so excited to share with you a fun summer craft that you can do with your daughters!
My 9 year old loves all things fingernails. I love all things guilded. So basically this project is a match made in motherhood heaven!
Start by rounding up your supplies:
Now hold on to your skirts ladies, this is the easiest tutorial I have ever done.
1. Make sure that your nails are clean and dry.
2. Paint Basecoat.
3. Tear off a small piece of Gold Leaf.
4. While Basecoat is still tacky press Gold Leaf on. Let it cure for 5 minutes.
Once your 5 minutes have passed use your cuticle stick to gently scrape away the excess gold leaf and put a few layers of a clear topcoat on.
It’s a fun way to pass a summer afternoon and spend some one on one time with your girls!
so cute! and girly! 😉
