These easy chocolate truffles are the perfect gift for your sweetie! They are a super simple recipe that will definitely be enjoyed by the recipient! Edible gifts are a great way to share love!

With a few simple ingredients you can make these delicious truffles!

Easy Chocolate Toffee Truffles

12-oz package of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup International Delight Coffee Creamer (I used Heath flavored)
2 Tablespoons butter (I used salted butter, if you use unsalted consider adding a pinch of salt to the recipe)
1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Heath English Toffee Bits Bits ‘O Brickle Toffee Bits 8 ounce bag

Stir together chocolate and coffee creamer in a heavy saucepan over low heat, and cook, stirring constantly, until chocolate is just melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla. Place sauce pan over a bowl of ice water. My sauce pan fits slightly down into a metal mixing bowl. Beat mixture with and electric hand mixer for about 4 minutes or until mixture forms soft peaks. Do not overbeat. Cover and chill for about four hours or in freezer for about 30 minutes. Roll mixture into 1 inch balls. Roll balls into Heath English Toffee Bits.

Mixture can also be melted slowly in a microwave safe bowl.

Use any flavor coffee creamer to make other delicious truffles.
