I love donuts & printables & am so grateful for my children’s wonderful teachers that I decided to combine all of the above to make a donut printable for Teacher Appreciation Week!
Teacher Appreciation Week IdeaI have 2 in elementary school this year and without their teachers, I don’t know where my kids would be.
My daughter’s Kindergarten teacher has been super proactive in getting her to where she needs to be. She’s so nurturing, patient, and kind, not to mention she might be the most organized woman on the planet. She makes my job as party mom the easiest job around. She has requested a tutor at times when my daughter has needed extra help & she checks in with me frequently. As a mother, I am so grateful for that. We send our kids off to school and just hope that their teachers can love them during the precious time they get with them. Teaching can sometimes be a thankless job and they really can be amazing examples to our kids. I remember all of my teachers from Kindergarten to 6th Grade. I have come to realize that I really lucked out in the teacher department.
If she could just move up with my daughter every year I would be thrilled.

I don’t think my son would have enjoyed this year as much if she was not his teacher. We are at a school that offers an Immersion Program and we chose to put him in Spanish. His English teacher has helped him gain confidence in so many areas that I don’t feel I could have helped him in. He adores her and I will always be grateful to her for helping him get to the point he is at.

I love giving sweets and gift cards during Teacher Appreciation Week.
And literally without these 2 teachers, I highly doubt my kids would have had the year they’ve been able to have.

guest postHi! My name is Jen and I blog at Elevate Everyday. I have most recently shared a day out with my girls, my thoughts about what kind of statement I’d like to make, & one of my favorite hairstyles to date. I’ve been married to my sweetheart for almost 11 years and we have 3 cute kids. We just bought our first home & love doing projects around the house, spending time together cooking and baking, & finding places to explore. I take way too many pictures and love to capture moments that mean something to me.
