Hey, y’all! I’m Bethany from Pitter and Glink, and I’m so excited to be here today at Skip to My Lou to share a fun free Valentine printable with you: my “Bugs and Kisses” Valentines.
I’ve noticed that so many free Valentine printables on the web are very girly. I myself have shared several girly printables on my blog like my Printable Valentine Bookmarks and my “Punny” Kitten Valentines. But I designed these non-girly printables perfect for the little guys in your life or the little girls in your life who aren’t the pink and ruffly type.
To create your little bug Valentines, all you need are some plastic bugs (I bought mine from the party favor section at Walmart), twine, a hole punch, and the printable “Bugs and Kisses” Tags that you can download HERE.
Simply print the tags, cut them out, and punch a hole in them. Attach them to the plastic bugs with twine.
To create the “Bugs and Kisses” Valentine gift bags, you need the same plastic bugs (or even some type of gummy bug candy), a plastic bag, a stapler and the printable bag toppers that you can download HERE. Print the bag toppers and cut them out. Fill the bags with bugs or candy. Fold over the top of the bags and attach the bag topper over the top of the bag with staples.
These Valentines are the perfect non-candy Valentines, and the little boys or tomboys in your life are sure to love them!
