Please welcome Krista from The Happy Housieโฆ.
Hello readers! It’s Krista, here, from The Happy Housie. ย I love to share all kinds of DIY, decor, craft, and organizing projects with my readers just like this simple and lovely teacher appreciation gift idea that I am here to share with you today.
Being a teacher myself, I love receiving gifts from students and their families. ย Especially personal ones that I know they have taken care in putting together. ย And another thing I know from being a teacher is that you can never have enough magnets in your life! So I put together this cute free printable gift tag to go along with one of my favourite simple DIY crafts: these quick and easy DIY Map Magnets.

To create these I used some maps from an Atlas I picked up at a second hand store, along with some Mod Podge, clear glass rocks, extra duty mini magnets, and my hot glue gun.

You simplyย outlineย the shape of the rock onto the map and cut it out…

Then decoupage the map onto the back of the clear glass rock…

After that is dry, you can hot glue the strong magnets onto the back…

And voila! ย An adorable and useful little project that any teacher is sure to love!

I made this cute little printable gift tag to go along with these…

I simply wrapped them in some colourful tissue paper and attached my label to a cute little gift bag…

Done!
