Why This is a Great Teacher Appreciation Idea
My daughter’s last day of school is a couple of weeks before the big kids end so her teacher can attend all of the end-of-school fun. This means I must have teacher appreciation gifts ready right after spring break! Additionally, her teacher is moving so I didn’t want to give her something that she would have to pack and move. We have all these pretty rose buds that are starting to bloom so I snipped one off thinking it’d be perfect to slip in a bud vase and then toss when she moves. Fresh flowers are ALWAYS a good idea.
My daughter was so excited to give it to her teacher and I had to stop her from carrying it around so the rose wouldn’t be destroyed. If you don’t have access to a fresh rose, any stemmed flower will do! Carnation, daisy, or even tulip, you’ll need to punch the hole bigger to accommodate the stem. Don’t have access to a fresh flower? No problem! I love these paper flowers and they never wilt!
How to Make:
Download and print the card in color on white cardstock. There are two choices one tag on a page or three. Punch a hole in the top and bottom of the card. Place a single flower through the holes. How easy is that?!?
