Spicy Grilled Chicken
5 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons hot pepper sauce
2 Tablespoons agave nectar or honey
3 teaspoons paprika
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 1/2 pounds chicken tenders
Prepare barbecue to medium high heat. Whisk oil, hot sauce, honey (or agave nectar), half the chopped green onion and paprika in a zip lock bag. Remove 2 tablespoons of the marinade to a small bowl and reserve. Place chicken in the zip lock to marinade. Refrigerate for about 45 mins.
Remove chicken from bag. Sprinkle chicken with salt. Grill chicken until cooked through. Towards end of cooking sprinkle chicken with remaining green onions. Drizzle cooked chicken with reserved marinade before serving.

Delicious recipe! I can’t wait to make this for my girlfriend. We keep our expensive honey in Infinity Jars, they keep our honey fresh for ages.
