I think these paper witch shoes are quite possibly the cutest party favor box ever! What a great Halloween craft. Really they can be changed up for any occasion making a party extra special.
These paper shoes designed by designer Ellen Hutson are simple to make and so cute. I made witch shoes because I was having a lunch to celebrate three friends birthdays the week of Halloween.
I think they would be fun with pretty paper for a little girls princess party, a bridesmaid luncheon or girls lunch. I can even see them done in red glitter for a Wizard of Oz party.
I filled the shoes with chocoIate and set them on the center of the plate. It made the table look really festive.
To make your own paper shoes download the templates. Trace around the templates onto cardstock for the shoe and onto paper for the lining. Score all dotted lines with a bone folder. I used glue stick to put the shoe together. Miniature clothes pins worked wonderfully to hold the shoes together while drying. Embellish the shoes to fit your party theme.
Thank you so much for sharing.
Thank you for the template. I have 4 neighbor girls that will love this.

Cant get lining for the shoe
thank you for the idea on using a paper shoe. I am having a Womwn’s Conference next year and i was thinking of something to use for my decorations on the tables and still keep it simple. I need to know what kind of paper to use specifically using different colors for them?
God Bless

Hi Ann,
After you do the first one you will know where to fold and can kind of eyeball it. I have also used a white chalk pencil (used for marking in sewing) to mark the lines on dark paper. I hope this helps.
How did you do the black shoes? How do you see the lines or pattern? I really would like to do black for our tables! Thanks so much–this is a wonderful idea!
