  1. This is a wonderful recipe. I only had buttermilk so had to replace the 1 C. sour cream with 1 C. buttermilk. Instead of the glaze I dusted the top with powdered sugar. Also, I had to bake this right away instead of waiting and baked it in 2 – 8″ round pans for 30 minutes. This is absolutely delicious, light coffee cake. I can’t wait to try it with sour cream and after an overnight in the fridge. I highly recommend this recipe.
