- 2/3 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Andes Peppermint Crunch Baking Chips (or chopped Andes mints)
- 1 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Layer 1 cup sugar, 2/3 cup cocoa powder, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup Andes Peppermint Crunch baking chips (or chopped Andes mints), 1 1/4 cup flour, salt, and baking powder. Each layer must be pressed firmly into the jar.
