Hello, I’m Heather from The Sewing Loft and I am super excited to share with you an easy summer craft that will clean out your scrap basket!
My girls love to exchange snail mail with friends and family! And truth be told, I’m not sure which they are more excited about- the card or the note. But either way, this simple postcard craft is perfect.
Materials:
- empty cereal boxes
- fabric scraps
- Mod Podge
- foam brush
- paper plate to hold glue
- plastic table cloth for mess protection
Basic Instructions:
- Pull out your scrap basket and separate all those really small bits from the larger pieces. We will only need the small stuff for this project!
- Next, place a table protector down. Think plastic table cloth or large scrap of cardboard.
- Paint some Mod Podge on the printed side of cardboard and place fabric scraps as desired. Have fun here, overlapping to create a fun mini quilt outlook. Once all scraps are in place, add another layer of glue. You are now officially decoupaging with fabric. Super simple.
- Allow glue to dry, cut away any over hanging fabric bits and packaged them together with a long thin scrap of fabric. Or address them right away and send them out into the real world.
I relish, result in I found exactly what I was looking for.
You have ended my 4 day long hunt! God Bless you
man. Have a great day. Bye
Hey are using WordPress for your site platform? I’m new to the blog world but I’m trying to get started and
set up my own. Do you require any coding knowledge to make your own
blog? Any help would be really appreciated!
It_s laborious to find educated folks on this subject, but you sound like you already know what you_re speaking about!
Thanks
Awesome idea! I am going to try this out right away!
I’ve learned many important things via your post. I would also like to convey that there may be a situation where you will have a loan and do not need a cosigner such as a National Student Support Loan. However, if you are getting a loan through a conventional finance company then you need to be able to have a co-signer ready to assist you. The lenders will base their own decision using a few factors but the main one will be your credit ratings. There are some creditors that will furthermore look at your work history and come to a decision based on that but in most cases it will be based on on your ranking.
Love these! I think I might make some with my daughter tomorrow!
I see these happening in my future!! thank you!
