These DIY chalkboard Valentine candy boxes are a cute way to tell your Valentine how special they are.
I found these candy filled boxes at the grocery store.
Cover the top of the box with about three very thin even layers of chalkboard paint. Allow paint to completely dry between each layer. Paint layers on without going over a just painted area again as it seemed to pick back up the paint.
Once chalkboard paint is completely dry (at least a couple of hours) you are ready to write!
A simple and fun way to gift a box of chocolates!
