    Booing

    Posted by  ·  October 20, 2009

It is that time of year to let the BOOing begin! Here is a simple way to BOO your friends and neighbors.

Download and print the Ghost Door Hanger on white card stock. (If your print cartridge is fairly new it works to print on draft setting if you are concerned about ink usage.)

Cut off white edges and then fold in half.

Place some glue stick on the inside edges to hold the door hanger together. With a hole punch (or scissors) cut out the hole. I used a 1 1/4″ circle hole punch (You could probably use 1 1/2″ circle punch.

    Cut on dotted line.

Hang the hanger on your friends door.

    Leave some treats below!

Once you  have been BOO’ed turn your door hanger around.

I just came across this on Facebook. I'm a teacher in a high school and I thought this would be a cute idea to do to fellow teacher's doors. I may have to adjust the poem a bit, but I'll still give credit to Skip to My Lou!

Today, I went to the beachfront with my children.

I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear."
She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a
hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go
back! LoL I know this is completely off topic but I had to tell
      someone!

I especially like the ability to turn the sign around to "We've been boo'ed" side so one doesn't get boo'ed multiple times. Great idea!
