Did I mention these yummy cookies are also gluten free? I always like to have recipe that I can whip up at a moments notice. It is nice to have an easy recipe for my gluten free friends. My favorite allergy free treat are homemade peppermint patties. They are amazing!
Easy Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter I used Jiff Creamy No-Stir Natural
Instructions
- In mixing bowl lightly beat egg. Stir in sugar and peanut butter. Drop by tablespoon onto parchment lined cookie sheet. Make criss cross with fork on the top of each cookie. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Tip: Dip fork into water between criss cross pattern to keep dough from sticking to fork.
I like my cookies soft and chewy. If you like soft cookies too, make sure you don’t over bake these.I hope you enjoy them them as much as we do!
