Teacher Appreciation Week is the first full week in May. Through all of April I am excited to share some amazing ideas from some of the most wonderful bloggers for my Teacher Appreciation Gift Ideas series! It’s a great month! You will be totally prepared with ideas to thank your teachers!

Hi everyone. I am so excited to be here today to share a simple and quick gift to give to all of those amazing teachers in our lives. My name is Kiki and I blog at Kiki and Company, where I love to share printables that are free and even have ones you can buy!  I have 4 little munchkins that keep me nice and busy and send 2 of them to school each day. With Teacher Appreciation week right around the corner, I wanted to think of a quick gift I could put together and give that was still thoughtful.  I thought a little red apple gift card holder was just the ticket!

To make the gift card holder, simply download and print the printables at the end of this post. I printed mine on a heavy cardstock to give it some extra weight.  Then just cut it out, fold it, and hot glue the sides and bottom together. Don’t forget to leave the top open because we have a little something special to put in there!  Cut out the little pocket and glue it on around the 3 sides (again, not the top as this is where the gift card will go).

I also included some sweet little coordinating notes that your child and/or you can write a sweet little note to the teacher. Here it is all ready to put together.

Now just slip the note in the apple and the gift card in the pocket and you have a sweet and thoughtful way to say “Thanks!” to the teachers in your life.

Thanks for having me… I look forward to seeing you over at Kiki and Company!
