This apple coffee cake is one of my go-to recipes when we are having overnight guests. It can be baked a day ahead and served the next morning and is also great with cherry pie filling!

  • baking powder
  • salt
  • vanilla extract
  • eggs
  • flour

  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • ΒΌ tsp salt
