This month Lowe’s challenged us to add a little curb appeal to our home.  We noticed that we had overlooked the curb appeal of our home at night.

With the help of outdoor lighting from Lowe’s we were able to light up our home. We installed 5 Portfolio Black Low-Voltage Halogen Well Flood Lights with a power pack.  The power pack is necessary to reduce your household current to 12 volts.

It took less than an hour to add curb appeal to our home!  Not only is better lighting a good safety measure, it can also create a warm inviting home.

  6. We had some little solar lights until our paper delivery man ran over several! It is dark, and where we live that’s for 8 or 9 months of the year. And dangerous – you cannot see our steps as we have no porch light! This would be put to very good use!
