These are ever so cute! I posted a link to your tutorial on my blog today, where I am slowly collecting different ideas for items in a form of a humbug (other names: berlingot, pyramid). Hope you don't mind me using the picture and thank you for your great tutorial!

These are so fun and completely adaptable. Since my son is not a baby anymore (sigh) we don't have to do the little valentines for each and every classmate. It would be fun to make up a little box of these for his 8th grade group, and put a variety of treats inside to surprise them. Thank you for sharing this tutorial!

I printed the instructions today and it still says cut paper 8.25” x 5.5” which I should have known was 'off', but I did it anyway! They're much bigger than the ones I made last year! After I was done making today’s batch, I found my last year's instructions and it says cut 4.25” x 5.5". I guess this should teach me to be more organized ;)

Love these! I am totally making them for my daughter's valentines this year. One quick note - I think your measurements are off - cutting a paper in half will make it 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, not 4 1/4 x 5 1/2. I am sure everyone else figured out you were just cutting a paper in half, but my containers ended up super small! :) Good thing they are actually really cute small.

So cute! It's too late this year, but I totally want to do this for the next holiday! maybe even Easter (if I feel inclined to), or Halloween! Thanks for the inspiration, I'm pinning on Pinterest!
