I thought a drizzle of melted semi-sweet chocolate chips would be a nice touch over the peanut butter Fritos. However, it really wasn’t necessary. Cool, break (tear — it’s gooey)  into pieces or…

      1. Well, you’ve not steered me wrong yet, but corn chips? Sounds a lot like french fries & ice cream – crazy sounding, but really yummy. I dunno…I think I might go with the pretzels in place of corn chips… Thanks for sharing!!

      2. This sounds good. I think we will enjoy trying this, thanks for sharing!

      3. I make the same version as Mandy, with cornflakes. My family has been eating these with cornflakes and no chocolate glaze for almost 50 years. I don’t know if I would be brave enough to try the corn chips though.

      4. I have a relative that brings these to Easter dinner every year except she puts melted CARAMEL over the corn chips then drizzles with chocolate. It is awesome!!!! Always the first to go! I will definately try these!

      5. Like Amanda above. I loved the fact that you were using your Pampered Chef bar pan and how nicely seasoned and discolored it is. That’s how you can tell you “love” your pan.
I may just try your recipe. It reminds me of the sweet and salty of kettlecorn. Thanks for sharing. 🙂

      6. my mom makes something exactly like this, only with corn flakes instead of corn chips and they are awesome! she calls them “peanut butter dabs”. and when she’s feeling lazy she makes them in a big slab and calls them “dab slabs.” hah!

      7. Peanut Butter and Corn Chip No Bake Cookies?? hu? I’ve never seen these before! I bet they are good tho!

      8. I have made this before but with cornflakes, can’t wait to try this version, bring on the sugar!

      9. My favorite part of this recipe is that you are using a Pampered Chef Bar pan!!!

      10. I haave a similar recipe but it uses Coco Puffs cereal instead of the chips, and you drop spoonfuls on waxed paper. My kids call them “cat poop cookies” because, well, they aren’t that attractive-but delicious

      11. I made this once a year, every fall for our family, but instead of the chocolate drizzle, we sprinkle with candy corn. We are usually munching on it while watching a fall football game. It is great sprinkled with M&M’s, too! Your pics look great, now I have a craving..:)

      12. Okay, I’m going to have to try this. It sounds like something my kids would love.

      13. Oh this actually looks pretty good! I think I’d want to do something other than the peanut butter. Hmm….I’m thinking on it now. Pretzels and chocolate taste great…why not corn chips? lol.
