Whip these flower picks up and grab some flowers on the way to school and you are set to say thanks to a special teacher!

Download the PDF, edit to add your child’s name and print on card-stock.

Editable Teacher Appreciation Flower Picks

Cut circles with a 2 inch scallop circle punch. Glue two back to back (pretty scrapbook paper can be used for the backs if you prefer) with a long wooded craft stick (or skewer) sandwiched in between.

Stick your pick into some beautiful flowers and brighten your teacher’s day!

i did this for my daughter’s teachers last year, and they loved it! i’m gonna do it again this year…but just for her homeroom teacher LOL, most of her teachers from last year are the same this year .

this is adorable!

I just gave my preschoolers teachers Gerbera daisies with these PRECIOUS picks this morning (had seen your previous post)! They were thrilled. Such a simple, sweet gift in celebration of Spring and our Teachers. I wrapped the flower pot with brown craft paper (school lunch bags), tied with wide yellow and white ribbon. Put in your darling picks. Couldn’t have been any cuter!! Thank you! Can’t wait for next week

I love the tags.

I usually do this with a different twist. I say “Thanks for helping me grow.” Then I attach it to a little flag with Max’s picture on it.

Newbie here–please give a little more detail on how to add my child’s name. I have downloaded the page and saved it, and can find it, but don’t understand how to delete and then add the name. Thank you in advance.

I used this idea for my sons teacher and instead of a plant, I made Flower Pens (http://www.homemademamas.net/2010/07/flower-pens_12.html) to give and used this little poem…

“You help me learn to read and write everyday at school. Use these to help me write just right, and these blooms sure say “You’re cool!”

How do you make the flower pick…I know you need a punch but is the a program to get the font and the circle. So wanting to do some of the ideas but needing help from the start

I have tried a couple of times to print this cute idea out, but I can’t get it to print on a regular piece of cardstock. It is printing very large and only 2 circles per line end up on my paper. Do you know if there is anything I need to do differently. I made sure my printer preferences were for letter size paper, but they just seem to be printing very large.

Cannot get the name to change..I can change it it shows I did it..then i hit print and it still says BELLA instead of my childs name!!! Getting really frusterated!! Why is it not working?
