I have used this exact recipe for about 20 years–it is the best!!
When I’m short on time, I have baked it right after mixing without the overnight refrigeration. It turned out fine.

Made this last night for our home group and it was SO FABULOUS!

My husband said, “I think we found our breakfast cake!!” as we’ve been on the search for a breakfast cake to begin some traditions for special occasions such as birthdays & holidays! Thank you SO much for sharing!!

I made this a few weeks ago while my mother in law was visiting and it was great! Now my father-in-law is in town and I made another batch – this time I swirled in some raspberry jam. Yum!
