What a great idea for virtual academy and home schoolers alike. We often get knocks from the neighborhood kids when we’re busy doing school work. I just assembled our very own door hanger and proudly placed it on our front door. Hopefully it will be a good indicator to the kids not to disturb us and hopefully deter a few witnesses as well. : )

This a wonderful idea!!!! I need something for solicitors. Our neighborhood is often over-run on evenings and weekends with people wanting to mow lawns, wash windows and sell magazine subscriptions. I don’t mind if it’s our neighborhood children selling items for school…but most of the time it is not. I want a sign that will politely tell the solicitors that we are not interested so don’t ring the doorbell. Any ideas??? Love your blog!!!!

Oh My!! It took all of 5 seconds for me to fall in love with your site! So many wonderful ideas!!! Wow, and this is just great. We have a couple of persistent little neighbor boys. I’ve even gone as far as to tape a sign over the doorbell. We’ll give these wonderful signs a go! Love them!!!!
