I have a big peg board to hold tools & supplies, a DIY clip-it-up my husband made me out of wooden dowels & beading wire & cost about $15 to make, I used the racks made for kitchen cabinets & pantry for my paints, glues & stamps. I bought the wire cube racks & used cable ties to make a 12x12 paper holder shelf. I have 3 of those wire racks from IKEA for more tools & junk, they are fabulous! To hold my small ribbons I got a round chipboard for the base & glued a pencil to it. Love the gutter idea for ribbons! I wish I had a little nook for my fabric, they are overflowing on a rubbermaid rack right now! How funny, my room is similar but still looks like a disaster!
