The only thing I would do differently is to use all four sides so that no matter which way the block hung, a picture could be viewed. Either the same person's picture on all four sides or different ones would work as well. Thanks. Now I have to find wooden blocks.

I love this idea! Diamond Glaze is used a lot by scrapbookers and paper crafters, so check scrapbook stores or paper stores. I haven't had any trouble finding it once I knew what department to look in at the craft store. If you're looking at someplace like Ben Franklin or Hobby Lobby, check the scrapbook section and the rubber stamp section. Stampers use it a lot.

Such a great idea, but where do you get the little hooks? The hardware store? I'm thinking these would be so cute for presents this year, thanks for showing them!

This may be a silly question -- but where do you get eyelet hooks?? Hardware store?? Also, if you could not find diamond glaze, just put Mod Podge over the top -- may not be as think, but will add a protective layer -- I do this for napkin rings that I make with my kids.
