Make ahead Thanksgiving

Yesterday I made Streuseled Sweet Potato Casserole from Cooking Light. I have made these potatoes for years!  They are delicious, but the best part is they can be made in advance and frozen.

Becky Luigart-Stayner

I  have always had great success freezing cheesecake so I also made Roasted Sweet Potato Cheesecake from Sunset Magazine and it is now sitting happily (I hope) in my freezer. I have never made this cheesecake before but the lick I had off the spoon was fantastic. The recipe received rave reviews and the author won a $50,000 kitchen remodel for this recipe.

I’ve made that Sweet Potato dish for the past two years and plan on making it again this year. It is sooo good. I just happened upon it 3 years ago while searching for a recipe. I was so glad I found it and my family loves it.
