What a great idea! We make “party poppers” every year for New Years Eve with toilet paper rolls. I stole the idea from a teacher that made them for a holiday celebration at school. We fill them with treats, use multi-colored tissues & ribbons tied at each end. At midnight… we pop them open. We bring them along to parties every year & they are always a hit! If you just stay home to celebrate that are a fun thing to do too!!

I made something like that last year, this year I took a white bag and wrappe it up with treats inside. I’ll be back on my blog tomorrw, been on a break. Love your site.

this is perfect…i am glad i am not the only one with a box full of toilet paper rolls (& paper towel rolls, lids, yogurt containers, weird bits of this & that)….we will be making mummies after school today! thanks for the cute idea!
