		<description>What a great idea!  We make &quot;party poppers&quot; every year for New Years Eve with toilet paper rolls.  I stole the idea from a teacher that made them for a holiday celebration at school.  We fill them with treats, use multi-colored tissues &amp; ribbons tied at each end.  At midnight... we pop them open.  We bring them along to parties every year  &amp; they are always a hit!  If you just stay home to celebrate that are a fun thing to do too!! :)</description>
