I made this yesterday, my first canning experience! Thank you for a wonderful recipe. This won’t last long. I was going to save some for Christmas…Ha, not gonna happen, too yummy!

I found this recipe somewhere else but I absolutely love it. We just bought a house with a peach tree last year and have had bumper crops for two years now and had no idea what to do with them all. With the last of them we made two batches of this salsa and everyone is wishing that we found the recipe sooner and had made much more. We will be sure to use it next year.
